Prof. Dr. Roman Beck, PhD fellow Asger Balle Pedersen, and research assistant Markus Haugaard represented the IT University of Copenhagen at the fifth bloxberg summit in Cyprus.
Roman and Asger also presented at the summit for consortium members, in which twenty-two institutions participated.
At this year’s summit, the decision to found the bloxberg Association for the Advancement of Science and Blockchain was finalised. Hereby, bloxberg becomes the first Association for the Advancement of Science and Blockchain e.V.
The European Blockchain Center is happy to be a founding member of the bloxberg consortium.
The consortium aims to establish global collaboration and provide researchers with autonomous services. To do this, the bloxberg infrastructure was established to give scientists decentralised services worldwide.
