Regenerative Finance

The theme of the 6th International Blockchain School was Regenerative Finance (ReFi).

Academia, industry, and the public sector join to work on Decentralized Finance (DeFi) systems with a special focus on Regenerative Finance (ReFi).

PhD and master students from different disciplines and different regions were welcomed to Copenhagen to co-create new ideas and develop solutions in close cooperation with partners from Copenhagen FinTech Lab, as well as industry partners and regulators from all over Europe.

EmisChain White Paper

The report investigates how blockchain-based applications can be used for road-transport emissions monitoring to support an emissions market and an in-use emissions-based tolling system in the EU.

Report on Blockchain for Climate Protection

The report was conducted on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action.

It investigates how blockchain technology can be used for climate protection and green energy.
